Our Italian Coturnix are some of the more docile quail we breed. They are one of the originals on our farm from 6 years ago! Their beautiful color is also called Fawn and you may see more or less of that golden Manchurian color.
All our Italians are carriers of the Celadon gene, so don't be surprised if you start getting blue eggs!
Average size at 8 weeks is 10oz.
