Shipping Policy

Our goal is to help you be successful in your quail journey!

Hatching eggs are shipped in the order invoices are received and the hens lay the eggs. Eggs are collected fresh for each order, and we will not ship eggs older than 3 days. For that reason, some varieties are restricted on how many you can order at a time. We regularly hatch all lines to ensure great fertility.

Eggs will be packaged with care in specially made shipping foam developed by a local veteran-owned company. We candle all eggs that leave our farm to be certain they are not cracked. Orders are shipped using USPS 2-3 day Priority and sent out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday to avoid delays in delivery times.

We guarantee you will receive your eggs undamaged and in a timely manner or we will replace damaged eggs.

We do not offer a hatch rate guarantee. There are too many variables outside of our control including handling in transit, incubator settings, and climate differences. We cannot refund due to a low hatch rate but are willing to help troubleshoot a hatch with you.
